The following terms are applicable for any products that you’ve purchased from us.

Refund will only be processed if the online transaction is being done. On cash on delivery refund policy is not applicable.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel your order before 1 Hours of order delivery time without giving any reason for doing so.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can cancel the order from the website or from our app.

Conditions for Returns

There is no as such Return policy at Sabzi Baazar. If any item found missing or incomplete you can tell the delivery boy at the time of delivery of the goods.
